Which 2 into 1?

I have the Road Rage B4. Straight can muffler.

I was thinking the DNT would give me a nice tone, for low money. I called Bassani, and they told me the DNT baffles would not fit properly in the set up I have.

Road Rage B4, FLH-757, the same 2-1 in the link above.

I called Bassani too, the guy took my order. I called back two days later and he said they can't make one for that pipe; ok. Ten days goes by and I get an invoice and tracking number for the baffle. I call the guy and say I will pick it up at Bassani (just happened to going right by their shop) tomorrow. Went down to Bassani, met the guy talked for a 1/2 hour and went home. This was last Friday, tried to install but the baffle it is too long for the muffler can. Called Bassani today and left the guy a message. Got an email, saying we no longer make the baffle and have refunded your money. Perfect, I cut 2" off the front of the baffle tube, and removed the bolt tab on the rear and it now fits like a glove. Sorry, did not get a pick after modifying the DNT baffle. The pic below is before the trim job.

I'm running a 2 into 1 Bassani on my Springer shown in my sig pic and the system is working out just fine for me. Pretty sure mine have the megaphone baffle. K&N cleaner and the pipes. It had a power commander on it when I got it but I took it off and got the tuning module from the same company that does not remain connected to the bike. The PC would not work with the Crossbones seat I installed.

The sound is ok, nothing to write home about. As far as tuning issues, I have not noticed anything different than the stock baffle.
