Can anyone tell me how much back support your passenger gets from the tall sissy bar? I want to put one and a Sundowner on my SG, but Mrs Fester (who's on the tiny side - not quite 5'1") is curious how much she'll actually be able to lean on the thing. If someone who has this setup (tall sissy + SG Sundowner) could take a tape measure to it, I'd appreciate it.

 

Anyone? Bueller? Just a rough idea of how much "coverage" your copilot gets from the tall sissy and backrest...

 

The tall back rest still just sits above the seat they look good and she wouln't fall off

 

Not so much worried about her falling off (well, I am, but you know what I mean), as how much back support she'll get from the tall sissy. If it reaches the middle of her back, she'll be happy.

 

Sounds like she's short....My gal is taller and we have the SHORT sissy bar. it doesnt fir her well.....Want to trade?

 

My OL is 5' and I have the middle bar. The short one just stops the butt from flying off the seat. The middle one actually supports her butt,lower back and she said it is the most comfortable. We tried a friendstall one which hit her in the middle of her back and did not support the lower back. After about an hour she wanted the middle one back on.
