Default Help with aux lighting

Gang,
I have a 2012 SG. My goal is to add additional lights. I currently have a truck lite 7 inch headlight but I want to add aux driving lights. Harley makes a good kit but they're $369. I'm looking for a similar kit but that's more reasonable and hopefully plug and play. I've included a link to the Harley kit. But my issue is, I don't want different color led lights on my bike. So, I don't know if I add aux lights, will I have to also change the front head light. I'd love to hear comments from guys who made this addition.

Over the years I have added a lot of different lights to the different bikes.
It is not very complicated.
A hot and a GRD is all usually required.

Truck lite sells the 4-1/2" passing lights that go with the Truck Light 7 head light. I just recently did exactly what your thinking about doing and love it. Same HD bracket and all. I've run Truck Lites on my last 4 bikes with the matching passing lamps and I'll do it on my 5th one too I bet. I tried to upload some pics but for some reason, (brainfart?), I can't.

Edit- I got one of the pics to post. This is of the 14 SGS that I just did. Excuse the bugs...... 850 miles on the coast will do that, lol.

I'm going back and re-reading your thread. Did you use the Harley Brackets and the truck-lite aux lights together?

Have the three Truck lite's also , have the passing lights wired so they stay on all the time , plenty of light and live in a high deer population area .

Gang, thank you for the good advice. I'm going to buy the pieces and will have a local dealer do the install. The dealer needs to do a flash anyway. While I'm comfortable doing oil changes and basic maintenance, I don't feel confident working on electrical work. The dealer is going to change 2 hours of work (oh well). But at least I know it'll be done right. I won't have to spend the weekend, cussing and frustrated. lol. Once I get the parts, I'll post pics.

Thanks again!
