I recently purchased the SE air cleaner, installation and everything went good but was considering a replacement cover (remove 103 cover). This is where is gets confusing, is there site or area where I can view filter covers which fit the SE KIT

if you're sticking with hd, it isn't that difficult. uses pretty much any ac cover available.
