Rekluse Clutch for my Road Glide Special
This week I am installing a Rekluse Clutch on my 2019 RGS. I have Rekluse clutches on my 2018 Soret Glide and my 2015 Indian Scout and they are SAWHEAT. I also installed pingle electronic shifters on my indian and sportglide but may not on my RGS.
Time will tell.
If you have ever been in stop and go traffic or parading you quickly learn how nice it is to NOT have to cover the clutch constantly.

I am really curious about this centrifugal clutch on a Harley, especially the touring line. Looked at the website but it can't tell me as much as you sportglide since you obviously have experience with them on several bikes. Also curious about the Pingle shifters. I have a Pingle petcock on my Road King so know they make first class products. Elaborate please???

You might need to talk to Rekluse on that one. The clutch pack has 12 friction discs (10 with the auto clutch) vs. the stock 8. Based on that there should be an increase in torque handling capability over OEM, but to what extent, can't bew 100% certain.
More info here;

Just noticed that Rekluse lists product for an FLTR but not for the Ultra earlier than 2017. Weird or what? Maybe they don't like Ultras.

I’ve heard nothing but good feedback on the Recluse clutch. Especially good for those with arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome.
However, I have an acquaintance that had a Pringle shifter installed on his Freewheeler. He has a very screwed up left leg, courtesy of Vietnam. He was never able to get it to work properly. Harley’s are hard to get into neutral, and with the Pringle it was impossible. And he can’t Fred Flintstone it in reverse. He has to use the reverse motor, which requires him to get it into neutral. Then periodically he said it would hit a Gear shift, he claims it was installed, and repeatedly serviced by a reputable Indy. He finally took it off, and says he is better off even with his bum leg.
This experience is not statistically significant, but, even though I know 100s of riders through the PGR. he’s the only person I know that has the Pringel.
I suggest doing more research on it.
