Default True Duals or Slip-ons? Please help!

I am for sure I want the Rineharts. Now I have to chose if I take the True Duals or the Slip-ons. I prefer slip-ons, because of the bucks.

Does anybody know if there would be a big difference in sound?

Would there be a big difference in performance? (I don't want to lose Low end Torque, i hope it will increase with a stage I).

I know true duals will solve the heat problem, but is it worth the extra bucks (in Hollandabout $500-600).

If I want an increase of Low en Torque, which baffles do I need in the slip-ons?

Simple formula, more back pressure = more torque, less back pressure= less torque. True duals sound a little better but will reduce your low end torque. As for heat, a properly tuned motor will run cooler.

Some say you lose tq with the TD's and that might be true, but I really can't tell. The sound, look and feel of them are 2nd to none...

I used the rinehart true duals. Cleaner look, but more expensive.

You can't get different baffles for the slip-ons. Just the mufflers that come with the true duals have the removable baffle. Called rinehart myself to check.
