Do rineharts take time to sound good?

I have 4" Rineharts and a Fuel Moto header on my '15 103" Road Glide.
Nice tone (deeper than some) but not what I'd call loud.
No change in sound over time as Rinehart baffles are not wrapped or packed so there is nothing to "break in".
Been wanting to try the Rinehart performance baffles to see if they are louder, but haven't got around to it.
Even though the sound isn't perfect they are good performing slip ons.
In my opinion:
Rinehart 4"slip ons are very similar sounding to Fuel Moto Dyno-Tuned 4" slip ons.
Not as loud as a Thunderheader, but a similar note, especially when accelerating hard.
Better than a V&H Propipe in every way.

Yeah, I think it may be getting a bit better, V&H sent me a custom tune... I'm really looking for more of that chug chug a lug sound harleys are famous for at idle, and something deep and full of bass when riding between 2000 and 3000 rpm. The rineharts are OK, but not perfectly what I'm looking for.
I wonder if there are some mods I can do to the baffles to achieve a deeper tone.
