Default 2012 FLH brake dive

2012 street glide been riding since new. Seems to be showing signs of excessive dive when on the brakes. May be a little rough as well. 20k
What should remedy this situation?

Has the fork oil ever been changed? how many miles on the bike? If not then new heavier oil should do the trick.

Race Tech springs and Ricor Intiminator dampers... Done!

I'm adding these to my bikes this winter... I've heard nothing but great reviews of both.

Or, you could do the H-D cartridge...New touring bikes have these from the factory & the difference is substantial

Yeah as others have said change your front fork springs out with something better. Makes a big difference. Also seems to prevent the ABS from coming on since the tire makes better contact with the road and a little bump would cause it to kick it before I swapped mine out.

Hmm....... okay if I just change the oil. Something good can come from it. I did a utube vid. Does bike need to be in the air? Author says so! I don't have a jack, that's why I'm asking. Let me try this first. I'll see if I can a vid to switch out cartridges.
