Check your fairing mount brackets, will need to remove the fairing front to see them. Betting they are cracked at the angles where the brackets mount to the inner fairing. Very common problem from broken front motor mounts shaking the fairing.

Check your frame brace under the motor (cross bone) that it isn't bent. Had that problem on mine from running over a curb or from the floor jack that I use. Also try loosening the center bolt in the motor mount, start the engine and let it idle, and while it is idling tighten it till the liberations stop, turn off the motor and finish tighten to TQ specs.
PS: Guntoter is right about the fairing mounts. Mine were cracked and had to get after market supports for it. Sorry I don't know where i got them as it was back in 2006.

So, what you’re saying is, that the new motor mount didn’t help much?

Did you use a Drag Specialties Mount ?

I did. They kind of suck. Check all other mounting points on the fairing too. Good luck.
