I have the Chubby 16" wild ones on my 01 RK and the 16" *****-Fers on my 00 RK. Both looks real good. I rode to Rockingham, NC from Miami(800 miles) w/ the *****-Fers-not too comfortable, but I can ride forever w/the Chubby. Sometimes your ride will suffer for the style.

I have bars from LA Choppers. I am very happy with them. They also sell blems at a discount, so, if you are looking to save a few dollars, check them out. I didn't get the blems, for no other reason, than at the time I wanted 18" and they didn't have any blems for sale. They have the tappered bar ends, which is nice to have. If in the future you want to add a hydralic clutch, you wont have to hammer out an indention on the left side to accomidate the master cylinder. Not that I am going to do that, but, it is nice to have options. Also, Carlini Designs offers bars in 1 1/2 diameter, btw. http://lachoppers.com/ http://www.carlinidesign.com/

Everyone and their uncle has wild1, not that that is bad, I just wanted something different. Anyone can follow the pack, you decide.

I would stay away from the Carlini Design. Their quality is spotty and the prices are over the top. I tried two different sets. The only controls that work are the original c clamp style. You can not use performance machine, joker, or jaybrake. The guy at Carlini is an arogant jerk. I got a set of LA Choppers bars at Axiom Cycles http://www.axiomcycles.com. The price was good the salesperson was very helpful.

16" slim ***** from la choppers for me,with 6" on the pull back it's ***** on comfort, and they really bring a road king out.Dont get the wide ones because they can dent the gas tank!
