Default Road king Sundowner seat...any good?

Going on a once a year road trip in 3 days, I was holding out for a 3 piece Mustang but If I can get it used for a good price should I get it? I'll likely get a solo seat for around town and use this for trips with the wife...I read these seats are butt ugly but if its just for trips with the wife and I'd be comfortable OK with that I guess, never seen one in person.
Stock seat now on a 2015 Road King is a bit to narrow in the butt

Opinions on this particular seat please.

I had a sundowner. Sat me a bit lower than stock and was an improvement. I moved to a Hammock I picked up for $50 and haven’t looked back.

You will never know until you actually go out and buy it. Buy a seat is a risky operation, and sometimes, you have to take risks and buy more than one. Hopefully, that won't be the case here.

It will make your wife happy. I didn't mind the stock seat on my King but it was a killer for my wife.

I used a Sundowner for several years... much better than stock IMO. There are endless other options at a price of course. I don't think you can go wrong at that price.

I just put a Sundowner on my 17 Street Glide and i love it. Put me up and forward just a tad but super comfy over stock.

alright I think I'll pull the trigger on it. For $200 it leaves me room to buy a solo seat for around town riding
