If you look just above the primary chain tensioner in your pictures and you can see a few missing corners on the teeth of your starter ring gear. This can happen when your starter kicks back and will leave short shavings similar to what you have in your oil as well.
Your problem definitely looks like it's your chain tensioner but just for future reference.
I had an issue with my ACR's years ago and destroyed a couple of starter ring gears before I figured it out.

Oh, hell no.

My RG has 50k on it, I've done every oil change since the first one, and I've NEVER had anything like that. Yes, the primary magnet has a small amount of metal "powder" on it and the other two zero, but there's something seriously chewed up somewhere.

OMG...In post 17, about your sixth picture of the clutch hub. There is a huge broken off piece of the starter ring gear. Least 8 or 9 teeth. ?? Ha, but you can see the side corner of the back side where the starter gear hits. Looks like someone did not realize the motor was running or hit the starter switch looking for the horn. It happens. Primary will chew it up and keep on ticking...

I went to the HD Dealer over lunch and they pulled a new chain tensioner for me... looks exactly like mine with the two gaps in the teeth, one just to the right of that bolt and the other gap centered on the bolt (see the arrows in the image below). I'm going to ride it for a thousand miles and drain and check again.... Since it is a used bike, the previous owners may have never changed the primary fluid, they said they did, even set the Trip B counter....but who knows. they may have just changed the engine and tranny.

Not much more I can do but watch it....
