Default rain seat cover suggestions? one that 'works' (Ultimate seat)

2 up seat, no backrest, Ultra Classic.

Have a 'Saddleman' cover got off Amazon, bike sitting in the rain at the hotel last week, the cover was wet underneath some.

Can someone suggest a rain seat cover that actually works? I see a
Mustang one Mustang one
but unclear if it works similarly to the Saddleman one.

Don't want to spend a fortune....hell, its a cover, it shouldn't cost more then the seat. Thanks.

Ultimate Seats need the cover, their covers are $50 but unsure of their quality? Anyone have input on that would be great.

i use a piece of "visqueen" about 2'x3' and 3 bunji straps. seat never gets wet. any heavy plastic sheeting will work....even a heavy duty large garbage bag will work. fold it up and put it in the saddle bag.

A half bike cover might be more usable, take up very little space and i think you can get for like 30-40 bucks ? if i recall correctly covers top half of whole bike

i have used a tour king 1/2 cover for years. I think they are 49.00 now. Roll up real small and work great. Take it every time I travel. I think the one I have is 14 years old. They hold up very well

Plastic trash bags, the big ones. You can tuck them under the seat it is windy, they fold up real nice and save space, are cheep. and you don't half to worry if someone takes it. PS out hotels will give you one if you ask.

I got a cover with my Road Zepplin air seat, but have never used it. It's a bitch to put on. I just wipe the water off in the morning - no problem.

thanks.

HD OEM seats never an issue, some aftermarket seats require covers so the foam isn't damaged.
