We live in the Internet Age so leave feedback about your experience. Just this week I traded my Rocker C for a Road King CVO. I have a local dealer that I bypassed and drove the extra miles to another dealer who gave me a better deal. When comparing feedback for both the numbers told the story!

I can't wait to see the price of the t shirts when the new HD dealership opens up in town.......

Just kidding, but it is true. I go to Indy's. A good Indy thrives on repeat business

Sad to see it coming, Older dealers were more customer friendly, Now it's a Big corp. model. Time has changed a lot of things, I used to always go to a certain dealer, they were always trying to help ya save money, and do what's right, now it's a money first business, still like the employee's, service dept. is really good, but the pricing is crazy, Hope you get it figured out

The days of getting to know the parts man, sales men, service manager and mechanics, are long gone ... Boy, isn't that the truth ... With the turnover rate at most dealers the counter people are sometimes there on Monday and gone on Friday

Off topic, but great pic of your bike! Can you tell me where it was taken?

Yup they are in business to make money not friends, those days went away when a dealer turned into the motorcycle worlds version of an expensive Walmart.

Am I reading this right when you say that you only got 4000 kilometres on your tire? Are you sure that it needs to be replaced? Sometimes those HD service people don't always tell you the truth. Even if it was 4000 miles it has not performed as it should have. I am getting 30000 kms / 20000 miles on Dunlop elites on the back

Dealers that have staff that really care about returning customer are few and far between....they do exist but not much.
Fortunately, I have decent Indy shops around for now,,,
