That plug looks rather small comparing it to the grainy table top, and although it doesn’t look like the plugs on the bag bottom of my EG, might it be one of the two drain plugs at the bottom of the bag itself?

Be sure to match the thread count and pitch on those IUD’s otherwise you’ll have a stripped plug and who knows what might come out after blast off.
