Default Clutch Cable and Fairing Question

Just a quick question, would like to roll my handlebars ahead a ways on my 08 Ultra and I'm just wondering about the clutch cable. If I move the bars too far ahead, will the cable bind up?Also, will I have to remove the stereo and most of the fairing to get at the bolts on the handlebar clamps? Thanks.

Shouldn’t be a problem as there’s not enough extra to bind up. You can pull the ignition and fairing switch cap to get to the bottom two bolts. The radio removed will reveal the two top bolts.

Ignition and fairing cap for bottom bolts, might be enough to roll bars, you don't need to remove stereo for top bolts, but you will have to remove outer fairing and driving lights, unhook inner fairing from clips on the side of the forks and just tip it forward enough to get at top handlebar bolts. Good time to reroute clutch cable if needed.
