I have a 14 flhx with the 4.9 inch radio. I did the most recent software update from the factory. I keep getting unavailable artist unavailable album. But it connects my phone with Bluetooth. Anyone else having the same issue?

 

I have the 6.5 and at first it was fine. Then it showed just what you have listed. Tried redownloading and reinstalling 1.22.0.1, no help.Then three weeks ago all is well it goes back to normal. Don't know what to tell you other than that is why HD calls it Infotainment. Maybe they should change it to Infrustation System instead.

 

Try doing a reset that could help. Plenty of info on here how to reset the infotainment system. Sometimes it work and sometimes it don't.
