Love your rear end! I mean, I like what you did to the bikes rear profile especially. like those tips, never seen them before. Great Job!

Love the bars too... 10" Yaffee??
That will be my next 12pack in the garage mod...
Again, congrats and ride safe.
Thanks. New bikes are nice, wouldn't say no if you handed me the keys. But I like tinkering and giving toys my own touch. I agree about the forks, blacked out or full chrome look great. I was going to go 12" Yaffe, but saw these Arlen Ness bars and really liked how I have more adjustability, especially with pull back. I find lots of bars have way more then my wrists like. These are 13".

Thank you. I picked up a set of Vance & hines classic turndowns, they were chrome. Sand blasted them, high temp flat blacked the man tube, and powder coated the tips. These babies are loud, I even put new Fiberglass in them, glad I did. They have a perfect rumble.

On another note, I forgot to mention I painted the bike with rattle cans

Bike look awesome! You have inspired me to do some rear end mods to my Road king

Did you spray the whole motor or is that powder coating?

Winter project for you
i just powder coated all the covers including rocker boxes. The jugs/heads/crankcase I didn't touch, still factory coating there.

Thanks for for all the compliments guys, really appreciated, lots of time went into the bike.

Thanks, incase anyone wants to know about the lights. The horizontal lights are Ciro3d bag blades, they go Amber sequential when turning. The vertical set are Custom Dynamics 10" Plasma Rods, they go Amber when turning as well.

09 up swingarm? I didn't know we could do that. I like the newer wheels but they don't fit in my stock 08 swingarm.

You just made my hero list!

Thanks for sharing this. It looks awesome

Thanks, but I was just copying what others have already done. Yep, you can add an '09 up swing arm to your '08. The width is still the same at the bushings at the transmission connection. But just behind that contact point the swing arm fattens out a bit, the new frames allow for that, but the older ones need to narrowed a touch on each side. Not a hard job. I sandblasted mine before making changes, then powder coated after, looks factory
Another thing to note, side covers need a slight trim at the bottom to allow for bigger swing arm. Of course I found this out after I painted them

does the swingarm swap involve cutting and welding ? What an inspiration, I just don't have those talents
