Default "glueless" grips

Has anyone ever installed the Knurled Chrome Collection Hand Grips? They look really cool, but how the heck do you install glueless grips. Is there a clamp or something? I hate grips that do not stay put.

The grips are secured by the switch housing. I have them this way on my ride and they don't move at all.

I had those grips on my Superglide. They are cool looking but they are hot in the summer and real cold in the winter

I put the Nostalgic grips on last year. No glue on the left one. As mentioned, It's held on by the switch housing.

how does the switch housing hold on the grip?
The switch housing has a groove in it and the grip has a raised rib on it. The switch housing then clamps on to the handle bar. And holds it in place.

You can see the rib on the grip on the left. Fits into the groove in the switch housing same as the right side.
