Replace
for 18$ I’d rather pick up a new set and have the peace of mind.id rather tear it apart and do it your way...so just to clarify do you do both in/lb steps ? 120inl/b then 144 in/lb then squish to 35 ft/lb loosen then repeat to fsm? Sorry I just want it right... once again Ed I don’t know what I would do without your help.

If you still decide to re-do it because you can't leave it alone - just loosen it up as it sits (not sloppy loose and heads move - just enough to re-do the procedure) and re-tighten per manual.
I really think that if you have already assembled it you should leave it alone.

RockerboxI think I can get it
I think somebody is telling me I shouldn’t have this bike with all the issues I’ve been having. So I go to put the rocker box on decided to move forward feeling comfortable with the head gaskets. Get everything cleaned up put my rear rocker box on and you have to have the special tool because of the frame I get all of them started torque the first 2 go to the third and hardest one and my rocker box torque tool broke. I went ahead and put a little pressure on it with a ratchet not Much and torqued the rest of the sequence out. They go 120 and then 168 so I’m going to grind down a socket and I think I can get it. I already have the motor mount pulled to let the front of the engine down but it’s not enough
