Hey FATBOYEMT. I have a couple of Pictures of the Hotel New Hampshire with my '07 Fire Red/Black pearl Ultra taken last summer. Could not afford to stay there but enjoyed sitting on the back veranda and having a Coke. Ride safe--I will be adding the Freedom wings soon.

Put my freedom wings on yesterday and plan on giving them a good test riding this weekend. I'm hoping for some help!...I have a 9 1/2 " windshield on my Street Glide, added the fork baffle, and even added vented lower fairings two weeks ago trying to get rid of the buffeting for long trips. I was still experiencing too much turbulence so I'm really counting on these wings. Will report back later...

solorider, the only thing that will help your long distance buffeting is a higher windshield. It's the price to pay; either you look "cool" with the shorter windshield or enjoy the smoother "ride" with the higher windshield.

Walt,

I hear ya on not being able to aford to stay there. I took the wife to Wentworth By the Sea a couple years ago but the Mt Washington Hotel is her holy grail. What was there reaction to someone pulling up on a scoot?

We have the Freedom Wings on the CopGlide and are a great addition to hot weather riding.

Got ours for $58 dollars from a local dealer. Easy to mount, work well, and are a good value as best we can tell.

They should help, but since you already have a 9.5" shield and lower fairings, I'm not sure you're going to ever get0 turbulence. How tall are you? I'm also curious if you rode a bike without a fairing , just a windshield before? Fairings DO block a lot of air and overall give more protection, but they can, until you get it dialed in right, created some unusual and harsh turbulence. I have mine where I like it now, with either a 7", 9" for longer trips, and for the ultimate a 13" Cee Bailey SSC. That's when you lose the turbulence, at least at my height, 6'.
