Default TBW issue after new bars

(2008 road glide, TBW ) bike was stuttering around 3k RPM since I changed pipes from duals to 2-1. At the same time I did handlebars, internally wired.

Sent it to get dyno’d, assuming it needed a different tune with the new pipe...but they said the stuttering is a throttle sensor issue. Might’ve knicked a wire or something. I assume my only option is to pull the wires out and either check/redo it, or just buy the CVO throttle harness and run that through?

NOTE: my TBW harness was extended by the PO and the green plug was eliminated. But it was working fine before I wired these new bars.

Thoughts? Options? Thanks.

check the pins in the plugs to make sure none backed out when you snapped them together.

Little update to this, seeking a little more help.
Brought it to the dyno to get tuned and the tuner said it was breaking up a ton and the computer was telling him it was a throttle issue. Makes sense since I just wired the bars...but...
No codes on my ODO. Would it always throw a code?
If I hit the throttle quick it goes through the RPMS smoothly - doesnt stumble/stutter at 3k.
If I put it in neutral (no load on the bike) and rev it, its also smooth and doesnt stumble/stutter at 3k.

Would a wiring issue be this sporadic? Trying to nail it down before I take everything apart.
Only things changed were pipes from dual to 2-1 and bars/internal wiring. Thanks.

I had an issue and fought it for a year or so. Bike would Whiskey Throttle every once in a while. Discovered it was always when I turned right. Long story short, around the neck of the bike I discovered that the throttle wires were kinked. Cut the kinked area out, re soldered them. Never been an issue since.
