Default Wonky turn signal

my left turn signal starts to fast blink after being on for 10 or 20 seconds. Sometimes it will return to normal speed after fast blinking for a minute. Bulbs DO light up and flash/blink. Bad flasher/bulb maybe?

I would check the bulbs. May be about to go out completely. Now which one front or back? If it was the flasher it would do that both left and right sides. I have had bulbs do that on a vehicle before.

My 2008 does that when it has a code stored. Mine just did that the other day and I will check codes tonight. When the codes are cleared mine flashes normal speed again. I don't know what year yours is, but I think only a couple years did this.
