28 years old third hd and probably done with them. The Moco is the epitome of the american money grubbing corporate machine. They have been ****ing over the loyal customers and aftermarket companies for too long. I hope HD gets a huge slap in the face.

The older I get the more I realize that nothing lasts forever. Who would have dreamed thatthe auto makers big threeare now becoming the little three, it is likely that one or two of them won't be around in five toten years, theyare wishing for a buyer. Soit is not that difficult to imagine HD's demise within this period of timealso,some callall of thisprogress.Actually it is a compliment to our mark that the largest producer of motorcyclesmay be so interested, it could be worse.

 

One of the reasons I read about HD being in trouble was the fact they went after the sub prime lending market and sold so many more in 06. Now some of those are coming back on them so the financial guru's say they are in trouble.
I can say from Chevy dealership standpoint. IT AIN'T PRETTY ANYWHERE !!!!!!!

 

I work at a Chevy dealer too. In parts. Our dept is doing ok, but service? Eeeh. And sales? 70 cars last mo(new & used) Less in previous mo's.
