Again, you gents need to give Hale's HD in Ohio a try. Not only they ship fast, they have a pretty good inventory that normally ships the same day. Also, they will give 20% off all Motorclothes merchandise as well as Kuryakyn products!

 

I've ordered 3 or 4 times from them and had to always wait on the parts. No more than a few weeks though. It is no biggie because I've never ordered crucial, need it now parts. To me the wait is worth the savings in shipping costs over Zanotti. And at any rate the few times I have placed orders with Zanotti it was the same thing. I just cancelled and ordered from Chicago.

Is there anywhere to place online orders at Hales? Maybe I had too many beers yesterday but I clicked around for a while and couldn't find where I could search and order parts online. Do I need to call orders in only?

Its really according to what you order - how long it will take.

Any painted parts are going to take 4-6 weeks from about any of the vendors - Chicago or whatever.

The other stuff is usually a week or so unless it is in stock. So you might inquire as to ship time and backorder status before you place the order.

 

Every time I've ordered twice from CHD and twice from Z have been delayed due to the parts being out of stock. Both are good and telling you the latest status and have waited no more than two weeks.

As somebody else said, if you need something in a hurry, get it from the dealer, if you can wait order from them because you save in the long run.

As I understand it, Chicago HD internet sales are completly seperated from their main store. All internet sale's are ordered from HD and recieved and then shipped to you. I've been ordering from them for a long time and have always expected to wait at least two to two and a half weeks to recieve the item's here on the West Coast. Rich A

 

I ordered from a bunch of stuff from Chicago once and it took a month and a half for it to get to PA. They didn't hesitate charging my card the minuite I put the order in either. Just like others have said if I need it now I go local, but if its a bunch of stuff where the discount adds up to a significant amount of money, I can wait....I guess
