Default Is this belt alignment right! First Harley Davidson

Hi guys I bought a 2009 Harley Rd., King at the end of last year with 7200 miles on it. Now that the weather is getting warmer I decided to do some oil changes and what not. I noticed that the belt alignment is off to one side the inner part of the pulley. What are your thoughts about this please see pictures. Also does anyone know where The starter Relay is located? Thanks in advance

Starter relay should be under the side cover where the fuses and relays are located.

Do you have any manuals? I wouldn't go poking around too much without some.

If it isn't actually rubbing on the pulley flange, it will be ok. If you want perfection then you need some fancy wheel alignment setups and tools. I had that on my 2006 Nightrain and aligned it over and over. Sometimes I got it and sometimes I didn't. I finally opted to put the bike up on a jack and then rotated the wheel while I adjusted the axle adjusters... I didn't worry about perfect middle but I got it away from the flange on the pulley.

Depending on what direction you roll the bike the belt will shift from one side of the pulley to the other. That's normal. But note pulley alignment and belt deflection are important. Until you learn how to do it, have someone who knows, do it for you.
