No, I did not. I guess what I'm saying is, because of how complicated your system is to install, it would be easy to make mistakes with the assembly. I know I would probably screw something up if I installed your kit. Harley's instruction sometimes leave a lot to be desired.

2-3 Inches? OK then...

Did you Correctly install the "Top Out" (rebound) spring on damper tube and then slide it down inside the Fork tube (see 2 pics below)

OR Did you Incorrectly put the Damper Tube beneath (outside) the Fork Tube (NO pic shown)

Yes i did it
and i filled it with oil and pumped the fork to get the air out of system. After that i filled the fork with the correct oil volume. Put the spring into the fork and closed the fork with the fork bolt.

Of course I can compress the longer shock absorber and then push through the axle and assemble everything.
It should Hard to compress the longer (without cartridge) side 2-3 inches... Is it hard?

Try pulling down on the Cartridge-side to match the longer side... Can you do that?

Yes it’s hard to compress.
The cartridge site is already maximum pulled out.

I already compressed the right side to put in the axle and I already did a test drive.

Its better than the stock forks but I don’t know if it’s normal with the different lengths on this kit.

Well, I can't imagine it being correct because both sides were basically in their "Top-Out" condition while the bike was lifted in the air and they were 2-3 inches different...you can't have that. Then the "Shorter" cartridge side would be limiting your travel.

Again this is all by using your descriptions as No one has seen your situation in person or in pictures

When the slider and tubes are put back together correctly the should be the same length no matter what internals are in then if one is that much longer that the other something is wrong maybe one of the slider bushings not sure but something is wrong

I agree. Once assembled, the two fork legs should look identical, prior to fitting them in the trees.
