I don't know where you are, but here is a 2000 Road King Classic in SW Virginia that is pretty reasonable, IMO. I got the ad from this mornings paper...

HARLEY DAVIDSON '00 Road King Classic Immaculate condition. Extra saddles. $10,000 Leave msg (540) 520-0891

seems like a no-brainer: newer model and less miles for less money

Are you trying to decide between colors because the new with less is better unless they are hiding something.

No Brainer. The 2002, it's even the right color.

The 2002. Consider the polic model prollyahs a lot more wear and tear and miles. I'd go for the 2002. Good deal...

The 02 Road King would be a no brainer at face value IMO. 18000 mile + $500spread vs. the RK Police. You should be able to haggle a better price for the 2000 though.

that is one tall backrest on the 02. Like the others, I say the 02 is the better deal, even with the really tall backrest
