Default LeNale Engineering Cooling Fan & Horn: Anyone have one?

Just saw Lenale Engineering's new cooling fan/horn kit for sale on E-bay. Does anyone have one and how well do they work? Thanks!

I installed one.. The fan works great..

However I butchered the horn relocation and it has a sort of flat sound. I need to find a thimble vibration isolator to correct the problem.

The fan is well worth it

Would you mind educating us more on the Lenale fan you installed?
-Where is the horn relocated to? a pix to show if u already have it somewhere in the hardisk..(if not, pls don't bother)
-What conditions makes the fan turned on automatically? 0 speedo, engine temp etc?
-What conditions cut off the fan?(when the bike starts moving?)
-Where is the manual on/off switch located at?
-Can the fan be switched off whilein heavy traffic condition?(not good to the bike i know, but would like to know whether it can be bypassed)

Looking at the fan, it is smaller than HD fan, and it is blowing right at the engine temp sensor and not the rest of the engine ribs(Whichis the actual feature for engine cooling). I don;t know whether by installing it, we could be fooling the bike "brain"through acooledsensor..

Nevertheless, i still think Lenale fan is a good thing to own..

great questions...

Looks like the new unit has the horn built right in.

But your questions got me thinking of just what is being cooled. For the money doesn't look bad, but wondering how well it works. I've only read a few posts on it.

Is this fan designed for the 07. Harley fan is not designed to fit the 07 due to the engine changes.

Default lenale cooling fan

I installed one on my dyna low rider and I love it. I bought a 2009 tourmaster trike and the first thing I did was to install another cooling fan. Installation is simple and anyone can do it as long as you have some mechanical abilites and know simple electrical rules. I remove the cow bell horn and used the relocation kit to installed the horn on the bottom left side of the highway bars. It has an on an off switch and you control when you need to have the fan on.

I don't have any fan now, but some of the Police bikes use them (have them installed at the dealer). The Shriners also use them in thier parades, So they Must work when used properly i.e. heavy stop and go traffic in hot weather.I think I will adding one of these fans in the future

I had one on my 08 Ultra Classic that lasted one summer with minimal use. I would not purchase again.

I installed one. Put the Kuryakyn horns behind the saddlebag. I guess it works?
Horns are better now
