Its been over a week since I emailed Fuel Moto about a fuel map for my RKC. I bought the PCIII from them about 2 weeks ago and they originally sent me the PCIII with the wrong map, MY MISTAKE THOUGH. But I've emailed Jamie several times now and NO RESPONSE!!!

I'm getting frustrated. I wanna ride my bike but I dont want to damage it.
I need a fuel map for my V&H Big Shot Duals. The PCIII website doesnt have a map available but Jamie assured me that one was available.

I just wondered if anyone else had problems with FuelMoto?

 

Although I received a quick e-mail response, I found it is better to call.

 

Yep, Call Jamie. I think/guess he's too busy to check his email. I never had any luck when emailing him.

 

Gotta agree, Jamie was slow with e-mail but got my answers by phone. Call him and ask him to send you the correct map.

Yes, Jamie is much more responsive to phone calls then Email

 

If you place your invoice no. on the Subject: line of the email you will get a response. Or just call like they said.

I emailed him for some prices, never heard from them. Emailed again about 2 weeks later and got a response within the hour. I'm sure about the Rush Slip On but not too sure about getting the PCIII.

 

I emailed with invoice # in box and got a map the next day.

 

Jamie is awesome!! He has always been very helpful to me. Like everyone else has said, give him a call and he'll hook you up!!!!

 

Go to their website. In the maps section there is a map request form. Fill it out and you will get a map back. If you don't include your invoice number you will not get a response.
