Switching from CFR's to 2-1
As the title states I'm buying this setup:
https://www.jpcycles.com/product/832-785/danmoto-highwayman-2-1-brushed-stainless-exhaust
Right now I'm running CFR slip ons which is obviously killing my power and torque. I'll be calling Quick Performance in San Antonio this afternoon to get advice but I also wanted to check in here and get y'alls opinions also.
Right now I'm running a stage two intake, tts150 cams which I love, rush head pipes with torque cones, and a Power Commander V tuner.
My question is this: Will I have to put a new map on the power Commander V, switching from the cfr's and rush head pipes to the 2-1 exhaust?
Thanks in advance yet again for everyone's educated opinions.

I hope you're right and it'll settle itself into the tune.

I will qualify my comments, however. ..if you are purchasing a system that doesn't' include short headpipes and a short muffler, then yeah...an increase in.torque is possible.
On the other hand, if the system looks like it belongs on a Dyna, and is strictly designed for noise, don't waste your money.
The system generally regarded as one of the best for power is the Thunderheader. If you buy something along those lines, that's' good. I will likely be going with the Rinehart system...I really don't' like the sound of the Thunderheader.
But be careful about the design of the system you are buying, OP...not all two into ones are equal!
