Default Enforcer Wheel Swap

I know this topic has been covered many times, but I am having a hard time getting the most clear answers. I have a friend that will be giving me his wheel off his 15 SG and I would like to put it on my 00 EG. The wheel has no rotors so I know I will have to purchase those along with the brembo calipers. Below are the few questions I have to finalize my decision to run the enforcer wheel:

1. Do the Brembo calipers attach to the current brake lines directly, or do the lines need to be changed?

2. Can I change the axle and spacers to the same ones found on the 15 SG and if so is there a kit with everything needed or do you need to shave them down?

Thank you for your help!

Many recommend changing out the lines and master for the Brembo calipers, but i just reamed my 2001 banjos slightly, flushed the fluid and no issues for the last three season.
Depends if the 2015 bike had ABS or not, simplest way is to have new wheel bearings installed to match your 1" axle, the bearings are likely shot anyways.I just picked up an Enforcer wheel, the bearings feel like they have been stored in a gravel pit and also ABS style,so out they will come.

The wheel currently has the ABS bearings, does anyone have the Part number for the correct bearings?

you aren't specifying which wheel, front or rear. assuming the front, you've been given good info. if it is the rear, it isn't going to fit.

has anyone did the swap with the trike enforcer? P/N 43300283 sells for around $295 and you can use your stock calipers and rotors. I am looking for advice on the spacers and axle.
