Default Cost to Install chrome front end kit on Touring models

Like the title says looking to get a ball park idea of what you guys paid to have the chrome front end kit installed in your touring model. Tying for 2014+ models as mine is a 2017 Street Glide. Also looking for just what Harley charged and a plus if any Harley dealer in NJ or NY did the service! Thanks guys/gals

Why not do it yourself and do a chrome exchange through ***** Shiny for less than $225. The chrome is much better than what you'll get from HD and ***** Shiny chromes the entire leg, not just part of it like HD does.

Had the chrome kit from Harley on my 08. Chrome was still mint in 15 when I traded it in. 7 years not an issue. I spent the extra again on my 16 and went with the HD chrome. I have no experience with aftermarket chromers, just HD. Haven't regretted it. But you can do the labor yourself. It's not that hard. But I believe it's 3 hours labor.

Add in chrome or color matched cow bells, spacers, axle caps, seals and anything else required and then compare it to the full kit from Harley. I didn't buy the full kit this time. I have my cowbells color matched Black Quartz. But I did buy the lowers, spacers and caps.

A good gauge is; whatever the parts cost, add around that much for Labor

I'm in North Jersey and did a winter special at the local dealer for 4 hours labor for the front end at 18% off due to winter special. I was switching from air to Legends AXEO at the same time. The work is done and the bike is still at the dealer for winter storage.

I actually bought the full chrome lower kit on this forum last year. I went to check it out at the dealer, looks great so far.

PM me for further details if you need them.

Mine will be ordered soon but in black. I like contrast.
