Default after market bag lights removel

I want to remove my after market bag lights. They are on with 3m tape and I don't want to harm the paint.

If you don’t have one, go to a hardware store and get a small plastic scraper, never use metal obviously. You may even use an old credit card or points card from a store. Then use a hair dryer and starting at one end, heat the space between the light and the bag so that the adhesive will warm up and loosen it’s grip. You can use the plastic scraper to slowly lift the light off.

You may find that you’ll separate the light from the adhesive first but then it’ll be a lot easier to get the adhesive off of the bag with the light gone.

How are they wired? If the bags have a hole in them where the wire comes up through, you will have a hole to fill. so you might want to check that before you remove them.
