For pipes...check out Fuel Moto's offerings online - they can get you a nice set w/tuner and A/C...really wake your new ride up.
This is what I did on my ‘08 Ultra. Fuel Moto Jackpots, V& H FP3, Ness Big Sucker. Really made a difference, and great tech support.

Nice bike going true duals is waste of money and loss of power. Had 07 UC put over 100K miles on it before I hand it over to the dealer. IMO best thing I did to our both 07 and 08 UC was SE 103" StageII with ACR and till this day me and wife both brag about the power those bikes provided in passing.

Just as a suggestion, since the 07 had no catalyst in the exhaust header, why not save some money on your exhaust and get a set of Cobra slip-ons, and maybe a Arlen Ness or Screamimg Eagle air kit and a fuel programmer, That will cool it down, let it run better, and provide you a nice throaty sound with a bit more power. I just bought a set of 909 Cobra slip-ons and to me they sound deep and throaty. Good luck with whatever you decide to do. BTW, sweet looking Harley!

Nice ride. True duals are going to ri\ob torque from your low end rpm area, which is where you'll ride the most. Better solution is to get the Fuel Moto 2-1-2 crossover pipe and a set of their Jackpot mufflers. Get one of their EFI tuners to go with it, and you be styln!

Also get the IDS it will really smooth out the ride quite a bit. With the gearing that that year you really need to go the above to improve low end torque.

I sure love the 07's they are great bikes, after you stabilize the rear end, and put a sportster rear pulley on it, and put a 103 kit in it.

That is a nice bike you have there. Why not just ride it a while the way it is and take time thinking about what you want to do with it? There have been good exhaust suggestions and I would offer mine but you are in a bike friendly area so check out what you see and hear on others bikes and ask questions directly.

I have spent way too much money on bike accessories and really have not regretted a dime but I usually (?) take my time which I know is hard to do, especially when you want to make something your own. Get to know the bike and get a better idea of what you ultimately want.

Back to exhaust the bike has enough torque for the average person unless you felt the need to make it crazy. I don't (yeah, right). But point is there are performance exhaust systems that will improve torque, some that will not. Is it that big of a deal to YOU? I like a compromise of looks and performance.

Just enjoy the bike for a while and let it tell you what it wants. Best of luck and head to the mountains when the weather breaks!!!

Nice bike. I had an '07 I purchased new and put 75,000 miles on it. All I did was slip-ons, SE Air cleaner, Power Commander III. Serviced every 2,500 miles. Only issues I had were oil leak at stator plug and IAC stepper motor sticking. Hated getting rid of it but had no room for two bikes.

If that 07 bike pulls to the left all the time disconnect the clutch cable from the triple tree.
