40,000 Km Service
Just got my bike back from its 40,000 Km service.
The techs said my battery failed the load test and they replaced it. It was a Harley battery.
The battery was only replaced about 15 months ago - that's pretty poor performance.
I don't put the battery on a tender but the bike is used for the daily commute so there is plenty of opportunity for the battery to charge in the commute. The battery was substandard regardless of this.
At least she cranks well when starting now with the new battery. The new battery is also a Harley battery.
