Intank hose replacement - 2011 Ultra
Help!! I'm pretty sure that I have the infamous "pin hole leak".
Problem is that all the youtube videos are for 2007 and down.
The 2008 - 2013? are a different animal.
The factory service manual shows fuel filter replacement, pressure regulator replacement etc. Manual does not show how to remove the pump and fuel level assembly to replace that hose. Can anyone put me in the right direction?
Thank you for any and all replies!!

It won't take throttle on highway. Spits, sputters and backfires.
Threw a code 1356 Researched this forum and someone posted that he cured the problem by replacing the hoses in the tank.
I think I will replace the fuel filter (25,000 miles) and hope that clears it up.
If not I'll have to remove the pump and float assy. Different on 2008 and up models.

Hesitation, backfiring and popping gone!!
Got into the tank. Hoses OK. Removed and replaced fuel filter.
Old filter looked ok, but had some restriction.
All is well.
BTW the plastic hose retainers were shot. Went to dealer, ordered both sizes (5/16" and 3/8") Almost $10.00! Ordered them anyways. On the way home, stopped at Autozone. They had the retainers (Standard GM and Chrysler).
A pack of 6 (3 each) less than $6.00!! Now I have some spares.
Thanks for all the help!!!!

Easy peasy. Can get a $30 tool to remove the lock ring or improvise by tapping the tabs or make one out of PVC. Once open, pretty self explanatory by removing the retaining clip on the shell. The service manual and YouTube are your friends.
