Default Aftermarket LED Headlights and passing lamps

I see the many discussions about the many LED lights out there. Many people have bought many different types. I have not had good experience with LED lighting in the home (light bulbs) or with shop lights. Most are over rated junk that is not in the correct wavelength for humans to see well. I figured I'd as this here, since maybe folks with real experience will provide their experience. One benfit I am hoping to realize is a current reduction

I am looking for durability, increased controlled lighting that doesn't blind oncoming drivers, same (or enhanced?) beam pattern as halogen lights.

I ride a lot at night, especially in the winter months, so how they work at night and in bad weather is critical.

My question is: "How long and how many miles have you had your LED lights." "Any longevity issues?"

I’ve tried 3 different brands/styles. Truck lite, JWSpeaker 8960a and Harley Daymaker.
Of THE 3 I was most impressed with the Daymaker. That being said, you can get a less expensive knock off, that has had rave reviews. It’s Sunpie.

You're wise to be cautious with any aftermarket lights, especially cheap LEDs. I have a set of three Trucklites, not least because they make a version of their headlight that has the correct low beam for those of us who ride on the 'right' side of the road!

I haven't committed to anything yet, still in the research phase so I can't speak to longevity, but I'm looking to follow Ryan's advice if I make a purchase

I've had the Truck Lites for 4 years with zero issues, not a ding on the lenses either. Thinking about another set for the wife's Heritage

The Daymaker matched up with a pair of Clearwater Darlas (expensive) really lights up the road for me. I see moose long before I need to be worried.

Two years and 11,000 miles on my Opt7 FluxBeam LED bulb. Still working great with zero issues. Very bright and clean light pattern at night, no black areas. And it doesn't make my bike look like a space ship.

TLP7 trifecta for about 5 years or so, no problem or complaint.
