I have used the Doran TPMS on the past three bikes with really no issue. The only down side is the battery is in the sensor and can not be replaced so for me riding year round I get about two years on a sensor. Replacing the sensor runs about $ 40 each. The small display can be mounted anywhere , I have mine on the right handle bar. I did not use the remote mounted Red LED light as I can see the displace just fine. Here is a new write up on Web bike world. I have mine wired directly to the battery so there is no delay in getting the readings, also helps when you come out the garage and the red light is flashing to let you know there is a problem before you even start the bike. On occasion the rear sensor will lose sync to the monitor which seems to be normal and then a minute or so later it syncs up again. Doran told me it was normal and most the rear does it.

I use FOBO for the 4 years a good product fast easy install works well great support. I would recommend the steel tee Vavles they sell make it nice and easy to add and release air to the tires with out removing the sensors.

I had a BMW GSA 1200 that had a great TPMS. Of course, it also had Bluetooth. And the bike was less than my Street Glide Special. Gotta love the MoCo.

I have one. It's called a tire pressure gauge.

I use James Racing and mine is extremely accurate at zero MPH, the only speed I need it to work at. Anything else is a catastrophic failure that can't be helped. Yeah, I have had a few flats, hence only ride with Ride On in my bikes tires.

TPMS is nice to have if you develop a slow leak while you're a long way from home. You may have had perfect pressure before you left but an hour down the road, you're down 10 lbs. It's nice to know that.

Another plus for TPMS is when you are on a road that you may not be familiar with and something just feels a little "Squirrelly", you know, like you may have a low tire. With my Garmin TPMS I can check it on the fly, and either address it, or forget about it and ride on.
I also like that you can set your low pressure alarm at whatever psi you choose.
As mentioned, I have TPMS on all my vehicles, and have grown to like it.
However, don't forget, NOTHING replaces your periodic tire inspections!
