Even though you bought the battery 11 months ago, sounds as if you got a "bad one". That battery should still be under warranty, return it and get a new one.
Just had it load tested, and the CCA’s were significantly lower than the posted 270 CCA rating. Time to start looking for a new one. This was a Deca.... Thanks for all the info and suggestions.

Bring that battery to the place you purchased it. They should pro rate it on a new one since it's only 11 months old and get some money back to go towards your new battery purchase.
