You can go to St.Charles HD parts finder And get the stock part number. Witch is 56902-08. Then go to HD big book parts accessories catalog with part number and you can the stock bars specifications. Witch is what I posted.

Oops Your stock handle bars is part # 55947-08 you need to go to 56902-08 bars. They are the heritage style bars. HD used them on 2012 RK police bikes. I hope this makes more sense.
