If it runs and has a title,why wouldn't you buy it for $1800? If it was on this side of the straight I would grab it just to giggle my *** off pissing off the wife and the neighbours...

Price is about right but I never was a piglet kinda guy. That cable drum brake on the rear will white knuckle you if you've never been around one before.
