I've noticed that threads that are generated on this forum wherein the OP has a problem and gets impatient because a dealer, vendor, or seller doesn't drop everything they're doing and instantly solve a problem, and they go crying on the World Wide Web, don't generally end well for the OP.
Just because you CAN post something on the internet doesn't necessarily mean you SHOULD post something on the internet. So take a chill pill, give the dealer some time, and don't be so damn anxious to start throwing stones at the dealer.
Not yet, anyway.

or people don't read content but rather skim over what they want to see
to the OP. Is this a new or used bike? What is the total mileage if used?
"is" there a warranty involved?

Failure codes are stored for exactly this reason...to help diagnose intermittent problems. Nearly any wrench can diagnose hard failures.,,eventually. But, the intermittent ones, especially with all the electronics, can be a PITA to diagnose.
They should have replaced the O2 sensor..,that's what the diagnostic code was saying.

not necessarily. the fault could lie with anything that is in the circuit of the o2 sensor. just replacing the sensor is not really troubleshooting the problem either. if there is a wire that has gotten pinched and is not really making a good circuit, you can get that same code. replace the sensor, and you'll still get the same code. you've got to trace that circuit and make sure that everything in that line is good.
