Default What would you do?.........

As some of you have read on the forum I totaled my 02 Roadking, that I loved. I am waiting to hear whatthe Ins company will settle with me for. In my anticipation, I have been on line lookingat bikes. I will have to go with a usecd bikebecause I refuse to finance. I love Roadkings, but apart ofme does like the Ultra. What wouldyou do? Buy another Roadking or go with the Ultra? Guys, wrecking a bike is horrible...may none of you have this experience.....It has definitely changed my summer plans....broken collar bone is a real pain.

I had a Road King for my first bike. I have an Ultra Classic now. I wish I would have got an Ultra earlier. I love having all of the storage. When I went on my first trip on that bike, having that much room and the stereo It was great.

I went from as Roadking to an EGClassic and have not looked back. I am thinking that my next might just be a Road Glide.

The Road King isgreat if you like a lighter ride that cleans up faster.

The Electra Glide has a nicer seat for both driver & passenger, plus the tour pack.

The Street Glide (FLHX) would be my first choice if riding solo. Two lockable hard bags,
fairing, ability to carry a passenger now & then.

Check out theH-D webpage they were offering 2.9% last weel on new bikes. I would look in to getting a deal on a new bike this time of the year. The market is a little soft as every dealership I have been in has lots of bikes on the floor and the '08's will be here in a couple of months. I would recomend you test ride an '07 model with the 96" and 6-speed tranny you will love it.
