I installed my T/max with autotune & Bassani Power Curve headers today. First let me say I had no problemswith the actual installwith each product, Bassani headers come with Oxy sensor in rear header only ( welded front mount on myself ) T/max came with serial port connection, Note to T/max USB is the connection used 95% of the time in the 21ST century, Adaptor $80.00 in OZ ).
Ran through the T/max install with no problems what so ever ( some Windows experience helps ) Pipes went on great with a little time and gentle wrenching.
First ride, ran good with rough idle.Second ride, ran GREAT idle 100rpm high ( 1000rpm )Third ride, Idle 900rpm runs smooth and pulls like a Big twin should, sounds fantastic ( like stereo speakers ) with an equal crisp note from both pipes, fairley loud on acceleration but whisper quite when cruising.Bike runs way cooler than before after a 60klm ride oil temp only 180degF with no blueing of pipes.
I can not say enough how happy I am so far.
