As you are getting the fuel pump to prime at key on, that suggests the system relay is doing its job.
As already mentioned, the ECM has to see compression before it'll allow spark. It does that by feedback from the crank sensor slowing on the compression stroke.
Of course it could be a freak coincidence that the crank sensor has quit but kinda unlikely.

With the work you've done I think doing a compression check before you get to the stage of tearing things down may be worthwhile. If there was lack of compression then this may prevent the crank sensor slowing enough for the ECM to allow spark.
Did you turn the engine over manually before trying to start her up?

Just to confirm, you checked that the rear and front cam dots were alligned to one another and facing each other in the cam plate. and then the rear cam sprocket and crank sprocket dots were alligned and facing each other?
