Default 103+ and cam advice

I got a great deal on a SE 103+ super high output, 10.5 flat tops with compression release, and either 251, 257, or 211 cams. I know there were better options out there for a bore kit but this was such that I could not pass it up. However I am in the dark on cams. Right now I have very little from 2-2900 RPM and I typically dont mess around past 4500 rpms. I would like the lower end torque and would also like the best of both worlds so what cam shoud I go with? What about a larger throttle body?

I want to keep my pipes!

Current setup is:
RH True Duals
Wimmer Dual runner intake
Thundermax with auto tune

Thanks
OTB

No question in my decision to go with the 251... You will like every thing except mileage.

You gonna do anything with the heads? As long as you have it tore down, you may want to consider having the heads done. Cam choice is very dependent on air flow. The Woods Performance TW-7H would be a great cam to build a lot of torque, but you gotta have heads capable of handling a .575 lift. I am running the Woods TW-400-6 but again have heads to handle the .650 lift. These cams build a lot of torque. Ran the TW-5G in my last bike, great cam also, but again need heads to handle the .575 lift such as HD HTCC heads, or aftermarket such as HQ or R&R.

BTW, no need to go with larger throttle body unless really getting radical with the build, although you may find that the T-max will be trying to add a lot of fuel at the beginning if you stay with the stock injectors. Injector flow was reduced in the 07's. Stock is 3.9 g/sec. '06 and back is 4.22 g/sec. SE injectors are 4.89 g/sec. May have a bit of problem flowing enough fuel due to injectors, not due to throttle body size. This isa "see how it runs" type of deal and you can read how the T-max is handling the increased fuel requirements. If you can't get the A/F to stay where it needs to be after the build, larger injectors are needed.
