Get a clear one. Since it's silly to think it will ever stop glare. Clear is less noticeable and does not reflect as bad as a tinted one. Most Harleys have a thin film on the front for a tint and this makes them mirror more from the back. Also, the film is more easily damaged then the acrylic.

Just my opinion from what I have observed with one tinted shield.
