Detachable Tour Pack

Detachable Tour Pack
Just purchased a 2002 Ultra Classic. Very nice condition. Literally a well cared for 1 owner bike. Just got done winterizing it but will be working on it over the winter.
The only drawback for me is that the tour pack is fixed. I really want to change it to a detachable unit. I'm sure that I am going to have to install some electrical connectors that can be disconnected when removing the tour pack but that is not that big a deal for me.
I have been searching online for some detachable brackets but not sure I am looking at the right stuff. Anyone know what I am looking for and any links to the components I will need would be appreciated.
Also, until I get this mod done over the winter, I would like to be able to slide the trunk on the current setup back about 2 inches. Is this doable without too much hassle?

Use the kit that Dawg posted and if you raid a few parts from the newer style kits you can take care of the the electrical and CB connection (if you want the CB to work). I did just that and used a couple of different antenna mounts to be able to connect both AM/FM and CB. The mounts I used are the stock AM/FM for a Road Glide/Street Glide for your year and the same style mount for the CB from the kit to add a CB to the same year bikes. Just a matter of searching the HD website to find what is needed. If needed I might be able to find all the part numbers I used.
