jdw1, your wife's heated Corbin looks like a very comfortable saddle.
Thanks, there’s not a lot of padding on a stock Corbin, she was apprehensive when we put it on at first, test ride was a 350 mile day. We left a week later on a 3600 mile trip to the Canadian Rocky’s, so not a lot of time to break it in, second day out she could go all day without stopping, I like to stop every 2 hours, she could’ve keep going! They are a different seat! Not comfortable with your feet on the ground but on the running boards it’s a different story.
Not saying there are the best, it just works for her!
I am looking at solo w/ backrest too. C&C gets a lot of great reviews on here.. so i've been leaning that way. But my dad has always ridden Corbin and talks about how comfortable they are.
